Hi there. Please fill in the form below to start your return request.
Once we have received your information, we will begin the returns process and assist you with the shipping of the goods back to our warehouse.
If the returned goods meet our returns & refunds policy we will refund you back to your desired payment method.
There are 3 possible options to return the product:
1) I will arrange and pay for shipping myself
2) I will drop off at my local collection point
3) Collect from my collection (added cost)
For options 2) and 3) – Dog À La Mode will pay for any upfront shipping costs. If applicable, any shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. For full details on our policy please revisit our returns and refund policy.
For option 2) – if you choose to drop-off at your local collection point, we will arrange and email you a shipping label for you to print or provide you with a QR code/shipping number so that you can print at your local collection store.
You can print your label at your local Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point free of charge.
For option 3) If you wish to arrange a collection to pickup from your address, this will incur a slight added cost.
We will contact you to arrange a date and time for collection.
